A Childhood Spark
My artistic journey began in my childhood home, where my mom, an art teacher, guided me through the colourful world of artistic expression. Those early lessons, filled with laughter and splatters of paint, laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for art and set the stage for my future endeavours.

A Love Affair with Art & Science
My mom having a stroke when I was 17 paved the way for my passion and love for the field of medicine and science, and I made it my academic and career path by becoming a medical bioscientist. It wasn't until my twenties that I rekindled my artistic flame. I was introduced to the world of acrylics and oils, and it was then that I began to paint on canvas. What started as a hobby soon evolved into a profound artistic exploration, and so both the fields of science and art dominated my life.

From Hobbyist to Commisioned Artist
For the next five years, while working my day job in the pharmaceutical industry, I created art mostly as gifts for friends and family. However, as my skills developed, I found myself commissioned to paint pieces for colleagues and even local restaurants. The demand for my work grew, and I was expectedly ecstatic for the opportunity to share my creations with a broader audience.
Life's Detours and Art's Return
Life had other plans for me, and I had to scale back on my art due to ongoing work commitments. But as the years passed, my longing for the canvas never waned. A decade later, I find myself returning to my art with a renewed zest, making it an integral part of my life once more.
My Inspirations
My art draws inspiration from the things I hold dear. My family, our loyal canine companions Jax and Storm, my growing collection of digital pets, and the enchanting world of music and movies all infuse my creations with depth and meaning. Furthermore, I owe a lot of my creations to the fantastical nature of my dreams, which offer me an opportunity to see the world in new and magical ways.
